I know that I've read a great number of negative threads regarding Robbe and their level of service. I'm in the process of assembling a Milli II and when I tried to dial in the fan, I discovered that the bolt circle on the clutch hub was off center by at least 0.006", which made it impossible to center the fan. I contacted Robbe Germany, by e-mail and to my great surprise and delight, they wrote back and said they would replace the defective part, free of charge. Today, I received a new clutch hub in the mail.
I thought this very positive and contrary to what we normally hear and so was compelled to share it with you all.
