The servos don't have to be the same. The DS811's have a 60 degree transit time of 0.18 seconds, the 537's a 60 degree transit time of 0.25 second. I don't believe you're going to notice any problems with a 0.07 second difference on the throttle, and you could probably compensate for it with slightly altered throttle curves if it were a problem.
I put some DS 537's in a Caliber this summer, they made for a heli that just felt a little bit more "crisp" in its response. The 811s should be a great servo for the Caliber. (Been using 811s in an EVO for two summers now, fly great, not a problem whatsoever).
