I have about 20 glitch free flights on my Trex. The other day I was hovering, and the thing did a very fast 90 degree nose right. It was so fast that I freaked out and crashed. I have Futaba 401 and Electron 6, HS56 servos x4. It didn't lose altitude or anything, so I don't think it was a motor glithch. Any one had this happen before?

Were you using governor mode or curves?

This colder weather is wreaking havoc on the electronics because of static electricity building up in the tail boom.... It has happened to several people, and has started happening to me on very dry days.... I would look for some antistatic spray, or do a search to find out how people have run wires to cancel out the problem.... My glitch is very inconsistent, only happens every now and then, which also says to me that the static is building up.... give it a try.. can't hurt.... I already have a ferrite choke, and rerouted my wires and solved my glitching problems,.... until this dang colder weather.....

But Honey, I can't live with just stock.....

I'm using pitch curves. It wasn't real cold the day it happened, but I will try the anti static spray.

The only caution I would say is that the anti-static spray is said to deteriorate the tail belt. That is just what I have heard.

Thats good to know... I haven't used it yet myself, but i would like to instead of wiring the back pulley to the battery ground.... I will have to do more research.... A few people say they use it, I wonder which brand...???

But Honey, I can't live with just stock.....
