These pins are captured in the center, on the washout arm. The two holes in the socket link are the "loose" ones that pivot around a stationary pin.

Anyway, I lost one. Now what do I do?

Since the pin in captured (friction fit) into the center, there's no way I could expect to have success gluing another back in.

What about roughing up the center of the pin so that it has teeth to grab the washout arm?

My new 450XL HDE has a screw instead of a pin. I think that Align has upgraded all the new kits.

I found the part number for the new washout unit and it is HS1073.

Are you talking about the lever pins in the washout arms or the guide pins that are glued in the upper head block?

I'm talking about the pins that connect the dog-leg shaped link to the washout arm.

I found this pic... this pin.

I have heard of people fixing it with the screws used to hold the tail ball links on the slider... They are very very close to the same diameter and hold better because of the threads... That will be my fix if I ever get a loose pin... a piece of piano wire the same diameter should work, but I would really use the screws instead if it was my heli....

But Honey, I can't live with just stock.....
