First off I searched trextuning.com and runryder with no results so here goes:

Since I have a mega 16/15/4 from my airplane days I plan to run 4S batteries along with a medusa esc. Polyquest right now has a pretty good deal on their 12C batteries. Has anyone flown the 4S 1800? What flight times can be expected? Weight of the pack looks decent. Anyone flown the 4S 2200? Is it too heavy for sport flying?

I know I have seen this posted somewhere, what amperage can be expected running with this combo? What flight times can be expected with a TP 4S 1320?

If you can keep the helicopter weight 700g range you should have 15 minute flights.

Extra weight can really kill flight time and 3D performance but the 450XL with long blades does have a bit of margin in that department. If you crank up the headspeed (2700+) a 750-760 helicopter flies well but the flight time is reduces as the headspeed goes up.

Is the Mega motor brushed?... I think all the Medusa ESC are only for brushed motors...

flown with all of them,
If your just gonna hover around, the 4s 1800mah 12c-16c is ok, but will get warm. Dont recomend them for 3d, as the 1500mah 4s PQ @ 20-22c is much better, holds its voltage really well, and has a perfect weight IMO.
As the others already said, flight time is determined on your headspeed, and weight. I get around 8min with the 1500, but thats 2800 headspeed, and really 3ding it hard, im happy with this time aswell, its the same time you would get with the 2000mah prolites, and they are pretty much the same weight. But the prolites are much hotter after.
