Maybe give Midlands a call, they used to keep a fair selection of manuals, you could be lucky

P.M. sent. i may have the manual that you need. my GS ALPHA gasser has no free play on the main gear. check the hole where the pitch rod(runs in the main shaft groove) ends at the top and bottom component for wear....esp. the top part, as it is plastic. larry

Check to see if the small brass spacer washer is still on top of the main gear. It sounds as though it is missing, hence the 2mm movement.

rotormad,

The original Kalt kits had metal servo trays.
The servo's were all attached uning 2.5mm screws and captive nuts. But nowadays, anything would suffice, 2.5mm preferably.
Any other questions, let me know. I was involved for a number of years, importing and setting up the Kalt agency in the UK. Long time ago now!
