Has anyone come up with a more elegant method to secure the servos screws to the carbon frame? The plastic nuts that come with the SE seem like an afterthought?

I agree, but for what its worth, my screws have held tight with no signs of the plastic nuts or screws coming loose.

The plastic holds ok, in fact I striped some of those weak hex heads just driving the screws into these nuts.

I thought about gluing a real nut or even these plastic nuts to the frame so you don't have to use a tool to stop them from spinning while tightening during installation.

Those plastic nuts are not great, but they do the job ok. It's a pain in the A$$ to get the screws in, etc. Probably a better choice would to get some machined screws and use a nut.

Anyone know where I can get replacements for these? I lost one, and can't find them listed in any of the parts bags I've found so far at various shops -- are they part of the bag with frame hardware?
Or should I just use 2mm screws, washers, and nuts?
Thanks!

Easy Fix for TRex Carbon Frame Plastic Nuts

Before mounting the servos put screws into the plastic nuts, place the tiniest drop of slow cure CA behind the plastic nut, line them up correctly and tighten down the screws. When the CA cures the nuts stay in place and servos can be mounted easily.
