What Receiver are you guys using for your T-Rex. Just started building my T-Rex SE, and I need to start ordering the other things to get it in the air.

Oops! probably should have mentioned, I'm using a JR 9303

At first I was going to get a Futaba PCM but I had an Electron 6 setting around so I decided to give it a try. It works so great (no glitches) so I am keeping it. I started with a full-length antenna then changed to a Dean’s one piece – both work great.

I mow have two T-Rex’s with the Electron 6 and would definitely recommend one.

Futaba PCM R146i - I had a few glitches using a CC35 & Electron 6, the Futaba corrects for them now, if any. Range has not been a problem even with using a MAP antenna.

I see you're using a JR9303. Get a JR770 PCM receiver. Don't use the JR700, it's FM. The 9303/770 are a great match and you won't be unhappy!

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it!

Ty,

Point of clarification: When you say you had "glitches" with the 146iP, do you mean lockouts/HOLD? You're the first person I've seen post that was able to get that receiver to acknowledge ANY RFI.

jr 9303 and FM

Why not use fm instead of pcm I don't think I am getting glitches with fm but the heli seems to cut out when I go full throttle or close to it,but not all the time could that be because I am using FM-Thanks
