Bill is great to work with.
Our Digilive went out on us and he repaired it no charge.
It was beyond what I would call a "normal" warranty time frame.

He is a little busy and sometimes a bit backlogged, but the support and communication was great.

Have any of you purchased the KPC 650 Sony camera from him?
The reason I ask is I just got mine and I installed the adapter ring and the lens but can’t get it to focus unless I unscrew the adapter about half way.
Any help would be appreciated.

I would love to call him but he doesn't list his phone number on his web site or on my paperwork from him. I've sent emails but no reply yet.

Same for me. Sent 4 emails (a FlexWave order) since last week and I didn't received any answer yet. Bill seem's really busy... But it's good, that means his AP products are good!

I have never heard anything bad about him or his company that’s why I bought from him.
This is my first system so I hope everything goes ok.
I haven’t tried my tx/rec yet just incase I have to return it. I don’t want to cut wires until I get this camera problem solved.
I got the 1000mw system, I hope it’s a good one.

I do have some questions. Does anybody know what the little square circuit board thing is for? (came with tx)
Do I have to connect the auto iris or is that for special lenses.

Bill Strong is excellent to work with. I had some problems with a 600 mw brown bag kit I bought from Blackwidow AV last December (the problems didn't show up till April or May). Bill went out of his way to work with me to solve the problem. He is a class act and is extremely customer oriented.

The little square circuit board is there to allow you to connect all the various wires simply and easily. It's just a nifty little piece of proto board tucked into the kit to help you keep track of the wiring.
