Head Oscillation

I upgraded the head to the cnc upgrades and got a weird wobble in hovering that would start out slow and then get worse till I had to land it...
I noticed this in the plastic head setup but it wasn’t as bad...
So I took the two screws out from either side from the seesaw arm and there is a brass bushing also that the screw fastens into so take that brass bushing and sand it down about 0.1mm off the small end then put it back together with lock-tight and Walla it’s solid as a rock in hover...

The problem is the bushings are to long and does not hold the seesaw in place and it has way to much slop and the head will start to wobble.

I assume you are speaking of the 2 screws that hold the seesaw in the head?

Not the 2 screws that mount the mixing arms to the seesaw?

The seesaw mount screws use brass stand-offs while the mixing arms use a brass spacer between the bearings.

I just want to be sure we're each thinking of the same piece before I go filing down parts.

Good work, king.

That was what I thought you were speaking of. Seesaw mount screws. Thanks!
