Anybody have any experience with these servoes, I'm planning to buy but I want som second opinions opposed to the seller who claims they are great. Any comments are appreciated.

i used them on a raptor 60 when they first came out, they are great working servo's but do develop play in the gears after a while. They're now fitted in a plank

Yes,
i bought one to use as a tail servo, (.10s)
this was never happy with a csm540.
was told later that the frame rate was incompatable.

It soon got fitted to the throttle with a standard TJ gov,
this worked very well for 10 months or so
then the hitec gave up, locked up solid with a burning smell.

It was a nice servo while it worked, very smooth and quiet.

Why it failed i have no idea,

Tony
