Hi ,

It fly's very well for sereval flights (may be 30 flight). Suddenly I experiance out of track during flight intermittent , even during hovering.

I replace new spindle, and check my thrus bearing, flybar also I replace another blade. But still problem. At first I didn't want to check my main mast because I dont think it causing the problem. after very frusted problem , I replace with the new main mast. And I found out, it was the main mast bent a bit. STRANGE. I never drop my heli before. Yes , my heli crashed last time but I did replaced it with the new main mast.

Does anybody experiance this problem?

You may have replaced the damaged shaft with a bent shaft. It's a good idea to roll the shaft on a piece of glass (I use a mirror) to make sure it's not bent. Personally I prefer the hardened main shafts. They don't bend easily. No matter what shaft you use, be sure to check it before you install it.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it!

Did replacing the bent main shaft solve your 'out of track' problem?

I have bent a Evo50 mainshaft in the air. Did you bend this shaft on a TZ 90? The TZ 90 only have 10 mm mainshaft whereas the TT R90 has 12 mm.

Ever spool the heli up while bolted down to something solid? I bent a main shaft on a Gas Alpha this way. Hit a resonant frequency and the thing nearly came apart on me. I shut it down in time but found out later the main shaft was bent by the violent oscillations.
