Hi guys
Im just wondering if the motor I have coming will trash my batteries.
Its a Medusa 3400kv 28x32 Afterburner. Im using a Quark 33amp esc and TP Pro Lite 3s 2000mah batteries.
Is it too much for my batteries in a Shogun with a belt drive?
Comments from people in the know please

kind of depends on the pinion in use but the 3400 on 3S is a
good combination.

I was told by Rc Hover to use between a 10 and a 13.
I think 10 may be too low, so Im leaning to either a 11 or a 13 as I have both of these pinions.
Im concerned thought that the 13 will draw to many amps.
Thoughts?
Thanks for the reply too

I run the 11 tooth and fly it 7.5 minutes and put back in 75% of the MAH, I have been considering a 13tooth, but am thinking I would have 6 minutes maybe tops and yes a warmer esc and motor....the 11 tooth is plenty though in my opinion, not ballistic by no means but in the 2800 rpm mark.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
