Hi all,

I built a Hirobo Evo Sceadu 30 from a kit. My question is: The tail rotor and stabilizer blade is canted at a slight angle to the left (When viewed from the rear, the top of the vertical stabilizer is canted to the left as is the the tail rotor assembly). Is this normal?

The tail boom is keyed so it can't be mis-aligned. I also removed the tail boom and swapped ends with the same result.

There was a bad batch of tail booms that had the slots cut with an offset.

Contact Jeff Green of MRC to resolve this issue. You can PM him (MRC-HIROBO) here on RR.

Just dremel the slot a bit. It'll be fine. You can gat a replacement but save it for a rainy day.

Thank you very much. I PM'd Jeff...I also have a crash kit, so maybe I'll take a look at that one--see if it's offset...
