I ordered the jet ranger body for my Honeybee CP2 on Nov. 15th and I've sent emails since the order asking about my order and I still have not received a single response. Now I've heard their customer service sucks, but this is rediculous. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, good product or not. No one can be so busy that they can't send some type of response at least acknowledging the order.

Had a similar experience. I did eventually receive my Jet Ranger if that makes you feel any better. I know they/he are a small shop (I am in no way making any excuses) or they/he may be on the road.

Dont feel alone I orderd a bell 222 for my shogun on the 10TH,
e-mail twice no replie,its not the fact it may take a month to get it I would just like to know something.They have my $.

I really can't believe their business would be that successful with this type of service. It only takes a few moments to respond to an email and if you check it more than once every six months it wouldn't be so overwhelming.

I'm amazed that with all the problems people have been posting with getting JMD models, my LHS just got a big shipment in from them last week. They've probably got half a dozen bodies/canopies/retracts/etc. Really surprised they've got them when all the people who ordered them directly can't even get in touch with them. Really weird way to do business.

Yeah ..... it is perplexing. I guess the larger orders get more attention than the singles? Who knows?! Just speculating.

I know how difficult it is to keep up. I sell poker supplies and I am basically a one-man show but I answer every email within a few hours. I am packing a blackberry. An electronic leash if you will.

It's a bad feeling when you know someone has your money and you are not quite sure if they know they have your money!

I do love my Jet Ranger fuse though. Looks fantastic!

I know that JMD models has suppliers it ships to so next time around i would check with them and not order directly from JMD cuz i have heard about the bad service on other forums as well.Their reputation is cool canopies, bodies, retracts,etc but they have a very bad service which in my opion makes them the worst to deal with. They probably like dealing with larger orders and suppliers rather than people like us just ordering 1 or 2 things.
