Yep...at least they are to me. I have about 35 flights on my first set, and that's after ruining two sets of wood blades on my first 10 flights. AND I've crashed about 6 or 7 times with the CF blades (most recently this afternoon when one of the links came off in hard inverted maneuvering), and except for a few scratches the blades are fine.

If something hasn't broken on your helicopter, it's about to!

I have the stock blades and they have never broken yet i have hit cars and trees and everything but im probably gonna get the Carbon Fiber blades because they are sturdier.

The wooden blades will also take allot of damage if you apply
a 2" wide strip of clear packing take to the top and bottom of the
outer blade edge.

lots of hits with very little chips!

The carbons are worth the money. I have had two sets and they make the cyclic more responsive. Your loops and rolls will be tighter by about 25% and it seems to climb faster.

Just to reiterate, though...

The CF blades are a lot stronger than their wooden counterparts.

This is great, because they won't be the things that break when they hit something.

This is awful, because they won't be the things that break when they hit something. This includes the thing that you hit, don't forget.
