Heli flying's about as much fun as you can have in a field with your clothes on!!

Your man's sound.

Yup Jackie, he's got it bad. The only cure is for you to box up all his heli's and send them to me, right away, and I'll perform an exorcism on them, to remove the curse. Don't forget the radios, spare parts, and any extra fuel that might be sitting around.

if you lost 95% of his attention is still OK.... when become 99 % then you could consider it a problem
If he lost sexual power is not because the nitrometane, maybe he needs to see a lovely pair of victoria's Secret every night.

he is messing about with them
Must be a Brit phrase but I like it and I'm on it next time my wife asks the totally worthless question "Where are you going" as I try to sneak downstairs. "I'm going to mess about with my helis!"

I've run out of creative ways to answer it, and that question and its answer has become a little game between us. I started by trying to conceal the real reason I was going downstairs and I would find other little things that needed to be done, and which could be done quickly before I diverted my attention to the helis. SO I would go down to change the furnace filter, or clean the coils on the dehumidifier. Now she's wise to that, so I say the heli needs this or that adjusted or whatever. Now she's figured out that is pretty much BS too in most cases, and I that just have this need to spend some time with the damn thing on any given day lol.

I think he is ok until you come home and find this..
You can't be showing picture like that, there is a law you know. Some RR members here are not over 18 yet

Jackie, I'm with you, sent all the Helis to me and ALL your worries are gone.

My lady,

My impression is that he definitely needs medical help. Eventually, I have recently recovered too. It took me 18 months, but now I can say that I am completely healthy.

In the old days, I was spending about 10 hours per day, but now I spent only 9 and a half hours in RR s everybody is happy.
:-))

Jackie,

My wife bought me my first heli, and just ordered my second. She has no interest in flying herself, but enjoys watching and critiquing my flight efforts.

Cootertwo -- it's very dangerous to perform exorcisms alone, you should always have a backup in case the Nitro demons attack. I'll take half his helis off your hand to keep you from harm.

Jackie,

My name is Deborah, I'm Jon's wife, and I have followed your example and hijacked his computer so I can respond to you. Yes, they are all obsessed and yes, this is somekind of bizzare addiction. I believe your options are to join him or find a hobby (or 2 or 3 or 12) to occupy yourself with while he's playing with the helis and fooling around on this site.

Just out of curiosity, how much time does your guy spend in here? Mine is in here all the time! I can barely even get on the computer if he's home (I admit to liking the jokes and riddles myself).

The more you crash the better you get

So, I dont think you have anything to worry about either..
I show my wife some things on this site and I just get rolled eyes and head shakeing..hahaha But she knows boys will be boys!
Thanks for letting Jon come out and play..

Waiting to read your response to all of this!!

I apologise for my fellow members' immature conduct. They just don't know how to behave themselves around a lady.
