Hi all

Today when I was flying my Raptor 50 with I went through 3 glow plugs.
Any ideas why this is happening ? Its a TT 50 engine with about 2 gallons through it and Im using Enya No.3 glow plugs.

Thanks

Mark

Is the engine by any chance running lean?
If not check that there isnt any 'foreign objects' inside the engine (like metal flakes etc).
A bad bearing can kill plugs.

Blowing glow plugs

Thanks

I think it was running lean, think I just found the cause, a missing screw in the cylinder head. Would explain why it was running crap all day.

Cheers

Mark

Sounds like you found the cause!
Hopefully it will run great next time you tries it.
