i just bought a e flite blade ,and ive noticed that when i give the tail a right input it moves ok but i have no left tail movement on the ground like the right tail input.is this normal??/what im saying is that when i move the stick to left rudder i get no movement --the right stick will spin it around in a circle ----normal or not??/

I am assuming you mean by moving it around in a circle you mean the tail rotor blade not the actual heli.. If so this is normal.. The tail motor has a fixed pitch so to control yaw it increases or decreases in speed.. If you give full left stick input you are telling it to go hard left.. without the ability to change pitch to comply it simply stops rotating and lets the blade and motor torque turn left for you.. when you go full right stick it spins faster which lets the TR blade bite the air and counter act torque letting you go right.. BTW left piro's in the air are phenominally fast with this heli lol

You must be flying to turn left :-) Left comes from main rotor torque, right comes from tail rotor thrust. Now pretend it's a helicopter and... fly it!

You CAN get the Blade to rotate left on the ground, but it needs to be light on the skids.

The only force available to the Blade for left rotation is torque from the main rotor. If the static friction of the skids on the ground is high enough, then the main won't create enough torque to move the heli. Gravity and surface conditions are the contributing factors. For example, the friction between the skids and carpet or grass will be much higher than that of contact with a smooth surface like linoleum or concrete.

If you pull full left rudder in while slowly raising the collective, you will find the heli will begin to rotate left because gravity and resulting friction are reduced by lift and torque is increased in the mains. BE CAREFUL. If you are not familiar with the power of the collective, things can go horribly wrong in a heartbeat!

I find driving the Blade on carpet is great practice. Try driving it forward on the skids, then stop and practice rotating both directions to get it to face you again, and then CAREFULLY drive it back to you nose in. This will help build the skills needed for nose-in flight. But again, BE CAREFUL. Be ready to dump the collective if it starts tipping. Drving it backwards on carpet is probably impossible, because the back of the skids are not shaped, and the tail standoff gets caught in the carpet. You can also practice side-on hovering skills by learning to drive the heli forward from a side-on view.

Good Flying!!
