The Quick UK eCCPM upgrade is going to be very nice once it is available. I prefer mechanical mixing but one advantage that the eCCPM conversion has is that it raises the raido tray a few inches and Budd claims that the CG shift improves the roll rate of the Raptor.

i also believe TT may have somthing in the works for the 90

there is nothing wrong with the normal set up but one main advantage to CCPM on a r90 is the weight can be reduced..

the r90 is not light and ccpm is the only way to make it lighter..

i weigh mine dry also..

i use no base plate
no horizontal fin
no stifneres
no voltwatch
no temp monitors

i use Duralite 4000 batterys and i now have a painted canopy ...i will weigh again to make sure..

Making the R90 eccpm would not make it a lot lighter what makes it heavy are the robust plastic used, Making the plastic lighter would reduce the rigidity. To make it a lot lighter would need some design changes and the use of lighter materials
