This happens often after slecting the pics to upload. I am a paid gallery user if that makes a difference. Any fix or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Mike

You might have a slow or flaky route to RR.

To debug your individual internet route to RR type the following into a command window (Start-Run-"cmd").

C:\tracert runryder.com

Example of my fast connection (+150 ms would be slow)
C:\tracert runryder.com

Tracing route to runryder.com [205.134.230.242]

I am on a laptop with a wireless connection to a lynksys router, when I run that command it says it is not a recognized command.

When I run a third party test it shows these results:

Communications 645.8 kilobits per second
Storage 78.8 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 13 seconds
Subjective rating Not bad

Info
Date & time Thursday, October 6, 10:22PM*
Test type IDT4
Connection type ADSL
Region California
Data size 1024KB

The wireless part might be the problem. Many others are uploading without reported problems.
