i currently run a csm 560 with a 8700g on my raptor 50 and was told that i might get some problems if i change to a futaba pcm reciever, has anyone had this happen? i want to change to pcm because ive always had a few glitches on the tail and wanted to stop them, and want the safety aspect of the failsafe.

I would think the change to PCM would work fine, if not better than what you currently run, assuming it is FM.

By the way the 8700G servo is a PCM only servo.

Be aware that a Futaba PCM Rx will only work with a Futaba Tx that can output PCM.

I used to use the 560 and 8700G with no problem on a Futaba PCM Rx. Had no problems!
