My triton doesn't fully charge batteries nicad nimh or li-ion it ends charge and indicatas that it is charged but when you run them they die way too fast. These are new and used packs. I am using it inside with a 13v 7 amp power supply could this be the problem? I used it at the field the other day and it charged for a long time which seemed to be right. Inside it will only put about 200 mah into a 1200 mah pack that is dead enough it won't even lift my shogun. Any ideas?

Definitely not your power supply.

Maybe try playing with the peak sensitivity?

I've heard a few people say that long charge leads can cause the Triton to false peak. Do a search for "false peak" and you should find more solutions.

Use leads with a heavy gauge wire no longer than 12" and your problem will go away....

I have adjusted the peak sens. and it didn't help. I am using standard charge leads that have wire the same size as servo leads. I will make up some leads with heavy leads and try them. If that doesn't work I will probably send it in. thanks for the help.
