Hello all, I just stretched my logo 20 for AP and was wondering what mount you guys are using? I'm flying 690mm mains with a Pletti 300/25 /A3, 4S4P so I should have plenty of lift but still want to conserve weight and have maximum versitility. I want to choose between air-foil mounts and Helicam mounts and would like to know the pros and cons of the two. They both have their "cheapest model" but I'm looking for quality and customer service. Both the cheaper models of both brands lack the pan function so, that is not what I want. The Helicam mounts advertise modified servos included but I'm not sure what model my heli can lift as far as duration. The Aifoil mounts I've seen pictured have a more forward mounted camera gimble and I like that because of skid and support obstruction issues. Any advice and reviews would be very helpful. Thanks, Bman

Aloha Dab
I have almost the same Logo set up without the stretch and longer blades. I am lifting the HCS pro 60 with a 1 lb camera, down link and AV batt pack without a problem thus far, check Logomaniac for my notes. Did you get the stretch as a kit or piece meal, I am looking for the same

Hey Mike, I put the stretch kit together, kinda. I got the boom upgrade
810mm, from FX. The upgrade included an 810mm CF boom(really cool), the belt and for some weird reason, the tail push rod was the stock length, unuseable unless I mounted the tail srevo on the boom. I didn't want to mount the tail servo outside the frame so I made a pushrod out of a length of CF rod and it works perfectly. Thanks for getting back to me. I may go with the mount you are using. I want an install and shoot setup, all servos included. I have spare RX and Tx so no problem there if I want to use a cameraman. Buy the way, the boom upgrade costs about $95 and I paid $90 for some SWEET Helimax 690mm carbon graphite blades. If you make these upgrades you will essentially have a Logo 24! Aloha, Bman.

I dont remember what my camcorder weighed, check my notes on logomanic av forum, Av notes from paradise, I know it was over a pound, I think 580 grams, my camera is 1.1 lbs. Gotta get this thing in the air and making some money to pay for itself. lol
