My tail belt slips off.

I think I see the problem but I'm not sure how to fix it.

It looks like the belt is not riding in the center of the gear in the tail case. If I push the back of the case of hard enough the belt will go in the center while spinning it around by hand. I've replaced the case and the tail shaft w/ gear.

Are your tail belts centered on the hubs?

....there goes that CA glue sticking to my fingers again!!!!

Looking from behind ...

My gear has always rode the left side of the gear, but have never had it slip off....

Johnny

Possible... belt tension? any missing belt teeth or worn belt ?

Check your belt real careful it may have just 2 worn teeth and thats enough to make it slip.
Also check to see if the teeth are a little worn on one side (giving them a pointed look.
