put in a new #8 plug to my remote adapter, checked to make sure that works...

blew air through the fuel lines and am able to pump fuel in and suck it out

blew air through the carb fuel inlet with the throttle wide open, air goes through there...

batteries are all charged..

using a Dynatron starter, Dynamite glow ignitors with 3000mAH cells

had it running yesterday no problem and then today I can't fire it up...

when i'm starting it, if i pinch the deflector off of the muffler for a few seconds and then open it up, the engine will gurgle to life, but it bogs and stalls out within a second or two...

i've tilted the heli back to drain excess fuel.. a bit does come out...

I pulled the plug again, pinched the exhaust deflector, and cranked it, it spat fuel out the glow plug hole...

what gives?

any other suggestions? =\

Did the clunk line come off? Inside the tank?

Try opening the idle, it may be running out of fuel. Just because the plug glows does not mean it is good, try a new one. Check all lines and filters.Try the plug first. Chris

Im telling ya, it was Intimidated due to the fact that there was a Very Fierce Raptor nearby. Its like that whole "stage-fright" thing that (some) men face while taking a wizz.

LOL, I crack myself up!

damn Raptor guys...sabotaging Century's flagship econo-bird :P

well, after...

pulling the carb out, cleaning out the main needle, blowing out the spray bar, blowing out all the fuel lines, checking the clunks in the main and header tanks, cleaning out my remote glow plug dealy, recharging both glow ignitors, and sealing up the carb with RTV and thread sealant.. it started...

...and I went out and burned through 4 tanks, checked out the co-pilot, which worked great...

so.. there ;P
