It took me 1 week of work and I can say that I get a little more power at full throttle but engine becomes VERY smooth running . Throttle response become much better from idle to full throttle.
Now I have new O.S. .90 C-spec and when I opened it I was disapointed with "interior" of the motor wich is "High class". It will take me a few nights to take care for it

regards, Simon

OS 70

Simon,

Explain what exactly did you do to the inside of your OS 70? From your link, it looks like you polished the inside with...?

I'd guess that unless you actually ported the engine too, that you could achieve the same results simply by breaking the motor in.

@ToXcell:
1) Polished Crankshaft and hole inside of it.
2)Polished Connecting rod and make "simetrical profile"
3)Sharp corners on Cylinder liner was "rounded"
4)Polished inside of Crankcase
5)Polished and modified ports

I polished everithing with "hand" and cloth. I used "Norton" diamond compound http://www.nortonconsumer.com/Media...ing2004DATA.pdf
