What kind of head speeds are you guys are running on the quickie 18's? I just ordered one, but have no information about the little guy (a guy had one at my field, I flew it and fell in love with the little guy)

Do you know what engine is being used in your friend's Quickie 18? Does it give out enough power? I have heard a lot saying that the Quickie 18 is not that powerful. Some even say it hardly flies.

Ill ask him, I believe its a .21 car engine. And it flies like a champ, kindove like a littel raptor. For its size, I would almost say its equivelant to a raptor 30. Very impressive! Very powerful!

It will be nice if your friend can show us some pictures of his setup. Or you can show us yours when it's completed with the same setup. I am wondering what modification does it require to fit a .21 engine in the Quickie?

Thanks.
