Placed an order 20 days ago for a canopy. No canopy has arrived yet. Sent them an email on the 29th of May requesting a status on my order. No response. Is this common with this company?

Call in the morning and speak to jon or chuck, tell them the problem I'm sure they will get it to you. I've learned to ALWAYS follow up 24 hrs later with a phone call when I place an order there. Some day, i'll kill my quick 30 and I won't have to deal with them anymore...hooray!!

Wish there service was better, they've got a few good products I'd like to try but FEAR having to order parts. ...

There is definetly a problem!!!..

I have ordered many canopies from QWW and they have always arrived in 4-5 days....
call jon and see whats up!!...your in OK. and I'm in TX...there is not that much difference in shipping distance...you should have got your canopy in a week!!....was the order placed on-line or by phone??

It was placed online. The problem I have is followed the directions on contacting them by clicking on their email addresses and still haven't heard anything regarding my order. I just would like to know a status. I did my part and paid for the product, now they should do their part and deliver that product or contact me if there are issues.

That sucks man......From what I hear, your not the only one that has had problems.
All the canopies that I ordered were ordered by phone, I'm not saying that a on-line purchase should be different, but maybe thats got something to do with it.....you never know.

I hope it all gets resolved soon.

I've ordered parts both online and by phone and haven't had any "major" problems (knock wood). I agree with the other guys ... give Jon or Chuck a call. These guys have always been helpful and respond quickly. I've had much better luck with phone calls rather than e-mails.
