If you're referring to the demos that you can record, then I don't think it's directly possible.

What is possible however is being able to record what's happening on your windows screen to AVI format using a program called FRAPS.

It's not freeware, but a demo limiting your video capture to about 30 seconds can be downladed from the FRAPS Website

Using the Windows Media Encoder, the AVI file can then be converted to a WMV file for hosting and streaming from a website.

of course it's the same helicopter love. Would I lie to you ?

Here's how I do it...

I replay the demo in Reflex, and use a digitsal camcorder connected to the video card's TV out to capture the screen as it plays.

Then I dump the video off the camcorder back into the PC (it's in the form of an AVI at this point, a HUGE AVI) with Studio8 software.

Then I do whatever editing I want in Studio8 and render it as a WMV.

Thanks Sounds like a great idea.

I'll look to see which connectors the video card has.

I'm running Radeon 9200SE 128MB.

I hate to be the one here tapping my foot with my arms folded, but the point of this forum is to share ideas. Sending a PM will not help the people that read this thread later on.

Please share your idea with everyone.

Try this: http://www.mandsoft.com/ it work great!, FRAPS don't work on my pc???

"Screen movie studio" work really great, and enable you to zoom on what you want to record. Just make a zoom window on part of the screen you want to record. It makes AVI files. but it's only a trial version. you will have the " unregistered" always on the top of your video until you buy it.

Vincent

Here is the video I made using "the collective's" method

You are right The Collective, capturing thru the video camera does produced a huge file. The end quality did not come out a good due to having to shrink / compress the video down from 450MB to 2.6MB, but atleast its a starting point. I'll use the other methods as well. I'll do what ever it takes to put out the best quality video while maintaining a small size file.

Please excuse the reduced quality for now, it along with the flying will improve.
