Does anyone know where you can get any tracking tape other than the Kyosho and Helimax red tape. I can't believe there arent a lot of options in terms colors out there. If anyone knows of anything please let me know --- i can't stand the red tape anymore

I was thinking the same thing ted, in the electrical section I believe I have seen a little assortment of 5 or 6 different colored vinyl electric tape in 20 or 30 foot rolls for maybe 8 or 10 dollars? might be the best way to go, I agree though on the limited selection, wont somebody get into this high demand market for blue or green tracking tape! oh well, what can you do...

I mark one trailing edge with a black marker and then clean it off once it's tracked. It's bad enough I have to put clear tape on for balancing - I like my blades as clean and tape-free as possible.

Ya, so do I. It makes it easier to see the grass and pavement marks on them after I crash

With all the Mayflies and other flying insects around here my blades are a pyschodelic mixture of reds, greens, and yellows. Guess I'll have to clean them soon before balancing becomes an issue. Wonder what they'll look like when the grasshoppers start?

Actually Ted we had our first real rain here today. We had snow flurries a week ago. Now with the ice off the lakes for a few weeks is what's causing the bugs to start hatching. Means fishing will be getting better soon. We get lots of snow in the winter and very little rain the rest of the time so not too much mud. Life in the mountains.
