Changing Clutch Liner + Improving It!

The Raptor 90 clutch Bell has way too much of a gap for the clutch to engage properly

See my fix - You can use a postcard as the shim or even better use an Arizona Ice Tea Metal can as the shim material - I guess you can use any other brand.


The gap pictured is way too big + the preinstalled materal was barely glued in - I little heat and poped it right out and there was no residu present


Post card shim material - Use a tin can instead, the post card material may be a little too thick and clutch will be tight for the first flew flights
Remember to wrap the clutch with electrical tape and place it in the bell when you glue in the liner
