I haven't had this problem before.

I have a GY 401, and my Heli moves to the left very slowly.. Head hold is on.. what do I need to adjust?

Mechanically set the neutral pitch of the tail so it holds in rate mode, then switch to heading hold mode and it will be fine.

Oh, and I'm assuming you meant the tail moves slowly to the left.

As long as it's the tail moving, mechanically adjust the neutral pitch of the tail rotor (with rod from servo) so that when you hover with the gyro in rate mode it doesn't drift.
Sorry but I've forgotten if lengthening or shortening the rod will move the tail in which direction. It varies on how your tail servo is mounted anyways. Basically, make an adjustment and if it spins faster in the wrong direction adjust it the other way

Make sure your tail is not slipping on the shaft or you will never get it set right
