Flippin' 'eck!

if I saw a WHITE SPIDER coming for me, i think i'd lose all focus on my Heli and run for my life.

But I am British and thus not used to such exotic beasts!...

... And i have not even hovered a heli as yet. - BMFA and training are next on my list.

BTW - The last time I wrecked as result of a bug was on the night of October 11, 1995 in my 1972 Buick Skylark. Head on at 45mph with another car going 50+mph...all because a white spider was crawling up the a-pillar and I was trying to swat it out the window.. ever since then I'd pull over to take care of the bugs....
whew.... I thought I was the only one to ever do this....

Several years back, I was driving to work. All of a sudden, a spider decided to drop from the headliner, right in front of my eyes ( I have a thing about spiders ). I freak and started swatting the damn thing. At that exact moment in time the road decided to turn left and my car was still going straight. Hit a guard rail head on, putting a 2 foot deep v in the front end, ended up coming to rest on the 2nd guard rail next to it. Total damage.. Totaled my car, and had a nice trip to the hospital in an ambulance... Try explaining this to a cop...

PS... now own an Eclipse Spyder

Note to Self: even if a jaguar is eating your leg, keep fingers on sticks and LAND heli first before ANYthing else!
That's why I always spray on some Jaguar repellant before flying. crowfly

If God had meant for man to fly, he would have given him more money
