I have to run full right stick (rudder) to keep the tail straight. I must be missing something because I don't see how I can get any more pitch.

Any help??

Take the servo arm off. Then Turn your TX on, let the servo move to center. Then put the servo arm back on at 90 degrees, where the pitch slider is in the center on the shaft. You may have to move the servo position on the boom.

I have tried all that. I can't figure it out. I have full pitch adjusted that the linkage on the tail grips will sometimes lock out at full.

How much pitch do your tail blades have when the tail is in the center of the shaft (middle stick)?

0 pitch at center, like it should be. Put 1 washer on the gearbox side of the silder so it wont lock.

I had that problem at first, the grub screw was slipping on the tail drive shaft, just enough so that the tail still spun up, but obviously not fast enough so all the pitch to one side was needed in the hover.

I think I'm going to need to add a little loctite to that grub/set screw. That must be the problem because it seems that it would hold inthe beginning then I would be adding trim as the flight progressed to the point it would not hold. I knew it had to be something. Thanks.

heh. There is a counterbored spot where the setscrew is sopposed to go into at the end of the shaft, to keep the hub from sliding. unscrew the aluminum tail hub and push it back or take it off, and spin the shaft youll see it.
