Hi,

I currently have a messed up Hornet 2 and have spotted the new fixed pitch hornet X-FP.

Will my hornet 2 electronics (Brushless ms-001) motor work in this model. This model seems alot cheaper and looks easier to fly while being the same size.

Any recommendations

Generally the fp models require lower hs than cp models, you may be able to do it if you can go down on pinion size. From memory the ms001 is a model motor motor that used a 17 pinion if that is the case you may be ok with a 12 on the fp.
