Lads,

MY ENGINE KEEPS BLOWING GLOW PLUGS.....

The engine cuts in the air and when i take out the glow plug and look at the coil its like there is a little lump of solder on it.

I can't see it been bad glow plugs cause i've tryed enya and os.
Does anyone know what my problen is??????????

My guess is, based on the limited amount of information you provided, you are running way too lean and frying those glow plugs. How's about your provide us with some engine settings, flight regimes you are involved with, etc.,...maybe then, somebody can accurately diagnose your problem.

Wolfdad,

I'm using 20% coolpower.......
Idle needle factory setting
main needle 2 turns open

The engine has about 4-5 gallons burned in total

This picture is not my engine but it is a imz 50


You will see a red mark on the engine that i have put in, that part on my engine is half ate away, which is causing alot of play.

What do i do for parts??????

That is the big end of the connecting rod. You need a new connecting rod, possibly more. I would try Stephen at CyberHeli first thing.
