New 1005-5 almost rigged and trying to reduce all parasitic friction at various linkage locations to minimise servo loads.
TR slider feels a touch bit draggey as control arm swings past radius. When slider is center shaft - Is it normal prior to run in? Any tiney bit of tolerence would be apreciated
Collective swash moment is fine in all axsis & assembled per spec,
but again has abit of parasitic drag feel to it. Which will multiply traveling back to servos. All balls are polished but didn't size individual links. Tri flow used in heim, on shaft, not on any links. Any method known to induce just a bit of tolerence or just run them in under minimal loads.
And last: Getting ready to sheild H/T lead - what is the easiest way to sneak into the plug boot to remove from H/T and is the barb iside the radius of the boot or the opposing side - bit of a chicken doing exploritory on what I cant see.
