I have a CSM ICG 540 Advanced Heading Lock gyro, which was in a Bergen Intrepid Gasser. I know it's an excellent gyro, but I don't have the patience to dial it in when I can drop in a GY401 and be done with it, which is exactly what I've done. I had that little drift I had to take out with the trim every so often. I know there is a procedure to fix it, but as I said, I'm a Futaba guy at heart.
However, for the CSM die-hards, it's second only to the new 560's. I'd like to either sell or trade mine. I'd consider taking in a governor in exchange, either a GV-1 or a one of the newer units like a Throttle Jockey Pro. The governor must include the sensor and the mounting harware.
The 540 is in perfect condition, and comes without a servo or the programming cable for PC's, but I'll include a couple of those special CSM double-stick sponges for mounting it. The instructions are in electronic format. PM me with an email address for pictures and for seeing if we can reach an agreement.
My heli spending has gone way down since I got a Honda 919 :-)
