I have read people saying the HS-56 performs better on the tail than an HS-50 servo, due to its better centering ability. I have only read that they work well with the T-Rex, and some other electrics, none on the 3D pro yet.

The difference between the two servos is that the HS-56 is about 4 grams heavier, and is a bit slower (.12 s/60 degrees).

Has anybody used the servo in their 3D Pro? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Happy Flyin!!
Peter

Come on Zoom I know you like the HS56 , this is a Quote from you from rotorworks.
"I too swear by these HS 56 servos. It is all I ever run on my micros. You will love the extra speed and precision on the cyclics. They are probably as close to digitals as we will see any time soon in the micro world. And everone will benefit from the strip resistant Karbonite gears."
OK, I cant say as I ever used the 56 but I'm looking for good dill and will definetly by beying some soon. I'v ben puting together an CP eleat and got some gws picos for it and am still awating more parts. I wunder if I should just upgrade now or if the picos will be good for the swash?
Im going to get a pro soon and would not have got the CP in the first place but I could not pas it up since it was all almn, swash, head, grips, one way and brushless moter for $80
So I also would like to know about the servos, which is the best?

I do love the HS-56s on the cyclics, but I was planning to run the HS-50 on the tail. Here is the dilemma: Its only .02 seconds slower than the HS-50, but without the slop. I wanted to hear more from folks running the HS-56 on the tail of the pro before I order another HS-56. I may just get one for the tail anyway and put out the data on it for the PRO.
