Hi, What would it happen to Tail Servo, Heli Tail, if after a crash and changing the boom I forgot to reset the tail center,(hovering in normal mode and trimming).

I ask because after a minor crash(just crash kit needed) I was in the initial flight and after 5 or 6 minutes I totally lost tail control, it was very close to the ground and my brain just freeze, the heli hit the ground tail first and the main blades cut off the boom, boom support, the tail transmission case was broken, belt drive cut in two, and the worst is that the tail rod was hit by the main blades and was pulled from the tail servo(9254) stripping the servo gears, I changed the servo gears and the servo is just dead.

After the crash I touched the servo case and was VERY VERY HOT, and as I forgot to reset center in normal mode I think that caused the the servo to overwork , causing heat that destroyed the main servo motor, then loosing tail control and the crash.

Is possible that not resetting the center in normal mode can cause what I describe above?

Thanks in advance
