I am just about finished setting up me new T-Rex but I had a question about the Throttle Hold. I am currently running in Gov mode with Soft Start set and the spoolup is very gradual and easy on the drivetrain. Here is the problem, when I am coming out of Throttle Hold the motor takes a long time to come back up to speed and if I was to try an autorotation and try to bail out I would be on the ground before I had power back. Does having the soft start setting mean all autos are 100% committed exercises?

Although... This somewhat defies the throttle-hold, doesn't it?
Not really. If the motor is running slower than the head, then the head will cause the auto sprag to disengage, and the motor running will have no effect on the head at all, unless you are trying a blade stop auto
