kauaison rrApprentice Alameda, CA | Dont know how xtr handles HH, but in real life HH typically compensates for Torque of the rotors/engine and gusts of wind, while non HH just keeps the tail stable (no compensation), so it drifts on torque or wind. Now i wish XTR and G3 were compared on Heli Physics and handling...everyone here seems to compare graphics, pc power, moving trees, zooming functions, and a bunch of other useless bs (IMHO). If these things are not an issue which is better?

dtm360 rrApprentice HKG | Graphics do have some importance in sims. I would hate to have to fly a "white brick with a black matchstick" past a "brown stump" and call it a Raptor 30v2 moving past a tree...even if the white brick does move around exactly like a 30v2.However, to this end I think fancy graphics of the 30v2 in XTR does fly around in a very close fashion to the real thing. Close enough for me to learn anyway!![]()

korzry rrApprentice Fort Collins, CO | Some guys who aren't into aerobatics don't fly HH because its easier in FF. In turns you don't have to fly the tail as much since it'll swing around on its own. I personally haven't flown in non-HH mode since I first learned.Ryan
