cgroves rrNovice Ottawa, Canada | I have a TP2100 3S that came as part of a package with my T-Rex. It is a very long battery and it sticks out a long way if I try to strap it to the platform forward of the motor. I am concerned that it is a lot of load for the short platform to take and I don't want to have the battery come loose in flight. I am running a stock mCCPM and don't plan on going eCCPM for a while. How have other people mounted this battery?TRex 450X V2Mega 15/16/4 TP2100 3S

xtremercprods rrNovice Honolulu, HI | 1. Make or buy a t-rex battery tray extension.
Never had a problem with the battery coming loose or hitting the motor even during piroutting flips. I crashed my T-rex straight into the ground nose down this weekend. Broke the entire head off the heli but the battery was fine on the tray.

cgroves rrNovice Ottawa, Canada | Thanks, I'll give those a try. Sparked it up for a quick test and this chopper looks like a lot of fun once I get everthing sorted on it.
