› How long will my ESC last?

I've heard by running an ESC at part throttle for long period I can damage it? I always tought that if you don't overheat those thing they will last forever, need advice.

Right, it's by running it at partial throttle settings that you will overheat it. Most speed controls have a built in protection device that will shut them off if they get too hot. This of course, could cause other problems if your not expecting it.

It's best to think of speed controls as on/off switch's. Use your gears/Kv/cell count to change the headspeed.
