cant seem to get my mixture (low) screw to move ,
this is the new carb with high and low needles
on both sides what am i doing wrong, or for sure not doing right?

The low adjustment is not a needle.
It's a tight fit and a cammed adjustment, use a good fitting
screwdriver and move it in small amounts.
The eccentric rotates a valve in the carb to change the mixture not the
screw itself.
The factory setting is pretty close, run it a while to break in before
adjusting too much.

Thanks for the reply, i took the cam screw out of the housing and it looks like it either rusted or loctited red, had to use pliers to get it to move.
