I traded for two Precision Tornado helis complete with engines several months ago. One heli is complete with carbon blades and all and the other is about 2/3 there needing parts and blades to make it complete. Both came with engines. The complete heli has a Webra 61 and the partial heli has an OS World 61. I plan to put one of the helis in the air in the near future. Can anyone out there offer opinions on how the Webra and OS engines compare. I would appreciate any and all input.

Best wishes and good flying.

HI Heli-NuBee

I would recommend OS to anyone especialy the 61sxhwc I have this in a raptor 60 and it has never let me down.

I also have a cuatro with a webra 91 and have had vibration and tuning problems I am now thinking about an OS 91 c-spec.

I may be wrong but I thought the tornado was 91 powered?

HI Heli-NuBee

I would go for the OS for ease of use although I have no experience of that engine - just experience with other os engines as well as webra's, irvine, cs, - all OS engines I have tried have been very easy to set up especially compared to the webras -OS tend to be less fussy on fuel, plugs, needle settings etc. However, I currently fly with a webra 75P5! It is smooth and and drags my raptor 60 round the sky pretty well.

I do think the webras are good powerful engines but I would rather have a reliable easy to tune engine .

I dont like to waste the little flying time I get fiddling with needles changing plugs etc.

I have had both and there is no comparison the OS is the clear winner in both ease of tuning and power. Chris

Looks as though I should go with the OS, it seems to be the majority opinion. Thanks, everyone for your input.
