I am trying to balance the main rotor blades (stock wood ones) and am using the Koyosho balancer. The instruction show two different ways of balancing; Static and dynamic. It sounds like I want the dynamic. Do I find the CG of the heavy blade first or what. Bottom line, where do I put the tape?

Thanks,
Mike

I get the blades balanced to each other weight wise first, then I check the CG and adjust the added weight (tape) as needed to get the CG perfect. I always go back and recheck the balance weight one last time after setting CG. I had to remove some material from the root on a set a CF blades one time to get both exactly the same.

Don't come off the throttle untill you see your GOD!
