does the main gear rub on the frame a little

Yep! You can trim a little off the frame or wait till it rubs itself some grooves. Some rub more than others and mine wasn't that bad at all, but now with 60 hours of flight on it, don't rub no mo'!

before you start trimming the frame be aware that the maingear can float up and down on the mainshaft because of the oneway bearing , rubbing usually is not much of a problem , a little dandruff wont hurt a thing , they all have it

They all rub in the stock setup, doesn't hurt anything. Let her rub alittle and fly on! You can add a collar above it to stop it from riding up. With the extra collar you can adjust the spacing between the frame with the auto hub (below main gear with 2 set screws) and collar you added above main gear.

Don't come off the throttle untill you see your GOD!
