I tried at home yesterday it didn't work and now I am at work it is same too. I cannot log out of my screen name.

Is there an issue with RR server or it is just me?

I have seen this behavior with the new Firefox browser auto login feature. I do not use it enough to remember the fix. Someone else know?

You can also resort to deleting your RR cookies.

It's doing the same thing on OS 10.3 on the mac. Have to delete cookies to log off. Seems to be a few people suffering with this now.

"How did that happend all of a sudden"

This is a reoccurring browser issue that RR cannot control. Your RR cookie facilitates logging in. It stores your user id and password on your local system. When you visit RR your login is automatically handled via the cookie information.

Re: Your Browser’s auto login feature.

Did you click YES to auto login to RR? If so, this is not a cookie issue or something RR can control.

If yes, your browser is automatically typing in your username and password for you. It happens so fast you don’t even realize it. The problem is that the second you log out of RR your browser is re-logging you right back in.

Where is this setting?

I did "My Home>Edit options" and couldn't see auto login preference.

In IE select Tools>Internet Options>Security Tab then select the Internet content web zone then select Custom Level. Scroll the to the bottom of the settings and look for "User Authentication"

Hope this helps

Thanks Rick_H I thought that's an RR setting.
I did locate that menu and I have Automatic logon only in Intranet zone checked.

Is this not right?

Yes, your setting is right. I thought Mark was using this security setting but I just tested it and he's not. So I lead you down the wrong path. I did test the RR log off feature and it is working fine on my system.

Very frustrating. Now do I have to delete all the cookies just to be able to log out?
